I downloaded Fedora Linux from the IS FTP site, just thought I'd post the results.
For 1 hour downloaded 801.39MB at a rate of 227.95KB/s. Using Download Express as a manager and Bitmeter to measure performance. Average for the total download of all 4 ISO's was 216.89KB/s.
Now that comes to more than 1Mb/s. Why would that be? I understand that using a download manager makes multiple connections and so speeds up the process (to make it simple) but surely it cannot go faster than the actual speed of the connection?
Just something interesting. Either way I am very happy with iBurst.
