Sup alll ...

I recently got my iMac after a month of waiting ... due to NO STOCK IN SA .

I need some help transfering images from my iPhone to the iMac.
The minute i plug the iPhone in and iTunes loads it doesnt allow me to transfer my stuff across .

Is there perhaps another way to get the pics n vids onto my mac ??

cheers

It depends where your photos and vids come from. If you took them on the iPhone, it'll appear in iPhoto as a camera, and you can import them. If you've sync'ed them from another machine (mine is another Mac), they don't. In that case, just copy them from the other machine.

An easier way if you dont want to use iphoto is Preview - file - import from iphone.
Just like in camera import, a list of all your images you took with the iphone will pop up. You can choose to import only, import & delete from device etc.
Never tried with vids though.

Applications > Image Capture. You can also use the app to delete photos off your iPhone etc.
