As a trucker mainly doing container freight, I always use Transnet Port Terminals and their service is below standard in the majority of container terminals that I have been to. Traffic disruptions are the order of the day. Just today a trucker was killed after a crane fell onto his truck in Cape town container terminal. Negligence, incompetence or just unfortunate, we don't know but many truckers suspect bad maintenance played a huge role. What has been your experience?
