Traveljigsaw - Experiences

Hey hey,

So i booked my car hire in Cape Town for December yesterday on Traveljigsaw. The consultants were super helpful and made booking car hire really simple.

However, i then read 3 bad reviews on them through hello peter. One of the complaints i was told about, how i would need to place a hold on R5000 on my credit card which would be lifted if i returned the car in good nic.

I just wanted to see if anybody else has used of heard of people using traveljigsaw to book car hire and what their experiences have been like.

My dad and some family have used them. No trouble I know of.

Most car rental companies take a deposit and place it on hold on your credit card.
This hold deposit amount should be specified in the rental agreement.
