Hi

I got back this Sunday to find my router not working at all.

When I turn on the router, without and cables plugged in, except the power cord, I get 4 constant lights:
- Power, Red
- WPS, Orange/Red
- DSL Green
- Internet, Green

When I connect the LAN cable, i get an IP of 169.254.17.55 on my pc. So I cannot access 192.168.10.1 to change the settings or reboot the router.

When I change the IP to any value in the 192.168.10.2 to 192.168.10.255, I still cant access 192.168.10.1.

The main problem is that I cant get the device to reboot with the button on the back, I held it in for longer than 30s and nothing happened to the device.

I submitted a ticket to their support, but still waiting on feedback.

Any advice?
 
Same router and I'm also experiencing quirky problems. Insert a pin in the reset hole at the back of the router for 30 seconds with only a LAN cable plugged into Port 2 or 3 seemed to solve the Red Power LED issue for me.

:( No luck on my side. I tried it with the power cable plugged in and without.

Will have to wait for the support people to get back to me.
