Great! Now we just need some decent speeds, huge caps and a provider that is willing to give us the service at a decent price!

No, the article is just talking about overcoming the technical limitations of providing such a service. But as usual, we are light years away from any such service! :(

SA finally got tripple play after line speeds improved to 20 mbps and helkom closed their doors for good.:)
