I recall a thread regarding the owner if the company ousting a users personal details and then trying to hide it defending by saying they're not part of the ISPA hence the reason they don't have to comply by the rules.
If they have in fact 'flown the coop' its really quite sad, they had some competitive products and a number of loyal customers.
We should await i.am.michael's response.
