These guys have been doing the same, double billing me, billing me after I cancelled my account etc. And seem to refuse to pick up the telephone and answer emails. Do not waste your time with these guys, there are cheaper ISP's out there, with better service!

Since I started this thread, the relationship between me and TRL went completly sour. It is just too absurd to give all the detail here, save to say that I can identify with most posts so far.
For some stupid reason I had a naive loyalty towards TRL.
But believe me as far as I am concerned TRL is history.
What ever happened between TRL and Cybersmart I do not know nor do I want to know, but what I do know is that I will never deal with either of those two companies (again). I will also never give any of my ADSL lines to any ISP to administer again, nor will I ever sign/authorize any debit order on any of my accounts.
I will share details causiously if you PM me.
