You don't have to delete the files after you are finished downloading. We actively monitors the disk space and would schedule website maintenance which would include deleting old files from the server. Don't worry, we'll let everyone know well in advance when maintenance will be taking place :)

Reuben, is it possible to have a search function for content downloaded by other TorrentFlux users. That way you don't have to browse through each folder and potentially downloading stuff twice.

oh ok thats cool... i only run 1 conneciontion at a time more would be unusable

Each user of Torrentflux can download using up to 5 connections via FTP. You would not be able to use a different adsl account / different computer / concurrent connections while downloading as all download sessions are logged to your Torrentflux account.
 
Why is the FTP always down from 3ish to 5ish? I just get these errors:
Status: Resolving address of ftp.torrentflux.co.za
Status: Connecting to 188.165.208.186:21...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

No problems from my side. PM me your accounts username and password so that I can have a look for you. Also, what ISP are you using?
 
TRL Uncapped is down... its not morking nor is their site working.... so reuben i tried to log a fault or an error but your site is also down
 
reuben i try to go to your site but it keeps timing out.... im using your 384kbs account you said this account is meant for browsing but dial up speeds are even faster than this account!!!

Our website is not down, IS are experiencing network problems since 08:34am this morning. Also last night, just after 10:30pm they experienced problems with a VPN backbone which was only resolved at 12:15am today.

Our website is not hosted locally, hence the reason you cannot access it.
