trouble with MTN data billing

I am having trouble in sorting out the billing of my data bundle on my contract.

So , this morning I went to the MTN main branch in Bloemfontein. walked in there and got my little slippie with the number on it. The guy who helped me , promised me that it will be quick. That was at 10:30. At 11:24 (54minutes) later my number got called and I went to the desk. after explaining my problem 3 times with printouts from MTN-Active , the girl behind the counter told me that all she could do was escalate the query to head office. But since this was an unbilled service I would have to wait until they billed me and then we could query it.

Now this is exactly what I'm trying to avoid. I would like to get the problem sorted out BEFORE the 13th (billing day for me) So that I don't have to pay and then struggle to get credit later.....

is there anyone of the MTN guys who can maybe help me ??

I'd love to help but they are totally correct by saying that they can't credit or adjust a unbilled query they have to wait for the system to change it from unbilled to billed once it becomes billed then and only then can the system allow the staff member to pass a credit or adjust the account

What I can do is if you PM me your number I can get Gareth (Snakepit) to look into this and provide feedback and I can get Pitbull who works in Billing to sort this out in a flash once it becomes billed but they are correct by saying that they can't fix a unbilled bill

Yes they did go the extra mile. Didn't do much cause there wasn;t much to do , but both Pitbull and MTN_DD went out of their way to answer my questions and reassure me of how the system works.
