I am having trouble in sorting out the billing of my data bundle on my contract.
So , this morning I went to the MTN main branch in Bloemfontein. walked in there and got my little slippie with the number on it. The guy who helped me , promised me that it will be quick. That was at 10:30. At 11:24 (54minutes) later my number got called and I went to the desk. after explaining my problem 3 times with printouts from MTN-Active , the girl behind the counter told me that all she could do was escalate the query to head office. But since this was an unbilled service I would have to wait until they billed me and then we could query it.
Now this is exactly what I'm trying to avoid. I would like to get the problem sorted out BEFORE the 13th (billing day for me) So that I don't have to pay and then struggle to get credit later.....
is there anyone of the MTN guys who can maybe help me ??
