Trump Archive launched for fact checking

I hope they continue with it for future presidents. Not just the ones they don't like.

Make that all politicians.

Of course there already is an archive for fact checking politicians. It's called the internet. I suspect this is just triggered lefties telling the Fuhrer that they're keeping an eye on him. Bet he's shivering in his boots at the prospect of his every public utterance being recorded for posterity. Technology is amazing.
 
I doubt he gives two ****s. All it means is that his aides will work that much harder to try help him steer clear of saying anything too incendiary.

Proving a lie seems to have little effect on US Politicos these days, just look at Hilary and her litany of misrepresentations and blatant falsehoods.

But I do think it's a good thing and should be maintained for the more important politicians.

More important would be a system whereby proven falsehoods actually carry some form of penalty, that is enacted.

He does that flappy arm thing and mocking voice all the time, even when he's talking about himself on occasion. The guy he was supposed to have been ridiculing for being disabled has one gimpy hand and doesn't talk the way Trump was or flap his gimpy hand around when he does. The accusation that Trump was mocking him for his disability is patently ridiculous.

Guess you were watching the inexcusably disingenuous and/or ignorant Streep hamming it up at the Golden Globes :rolleyes:

One would imagine that a fact-checking library for Trump would be pretty empty, considering that he's less into 'facts' and more into just calling everybody 'overrated'.

Logic? The library would be kept be his fiercest opponents and not him or his aides.
