I know there are many threads about more or less the same thing but I am hoping there is some one that can help me.
I started gym three months ago, haven't really focused on building muscle but rather first getting fit which I believe I now am. I gym 3-4 days a week starting everyday with 30 mins on the treadmill. So now; please suggest workouts/routines you would suggest to help with building upper body (Abs, arms, chest,back etc).
