Trying to setup multiplayer server issues D-Link DSL-G225

Hi all, I'm trying to setup a Minecraft Server for me and my friends to play on and cannot get it to work with my router.
I have used all the online tools I can find but cannot seem to get it to work. Is there any way anyone can tell us what we're doing wrong, I will attach images of the setup and such, any and all help will be appreciated. The 10.0.0.4 was from my ipconfig IPv4 and then the ports are the standard Minecraft ports. I will provide any additional information if it is needed

Put the server in a DMZ and test again. If it still fails issue is server side
