Yea unfortunately we have ongoing issues with TTConnect. Over the weekend whole areas have dropped off the network. This isn't something we control. And obviously our primary interest is to get this resolved. But it's not something we have control of. We have had multiple meetings with directors and withheld payment from TTConnect to resolve this. Right now on Cool Ideas website, a new customer can’t join through TT Connect cause it’s just not shown on your site. Fine; whatever.
I am still your customer. Money comes out of MY account on the 28th of every single month, so that I get internet.
I am sick and tired of this blaming game when here is an issue! Whenever the line is down, TT Connect blames Cool Ideas, Cool Ideas blame TT Connect and WE as existing customers have to suffer for it!
I don’t care about your issues with TT Connect, Cool Ideas! I pay you guys money! I checked with TWO neighboura right now! One on Afrihost, one on Fredd. Both use TT Connect! They are up and running and have no problems at all!!
I pay YOU, Cool Ideas! I pay you every month! I support and recommend your product whenever I can! But I am sick and tired of you guys constantly blaming each other when the line is down and us paying customers have to sit here and twiggle our thumbs while you guys are busy pointing fingers at each other!!!
You still have paying customers from TT Connect! You need to take care of us like you do all your other customers instead of leaving us in the dark!

There are a few ISPs looking to pull the services completely due to these issues.
