Maybe start a patato farm or start selling drugs? I don't know, maybe infrastructure is just not your forte?

Edit:
I'm just venting a bit and maybe over reacting... Just so tired of not getting responses and wondering whats going on, 2 full days with no internet and not even a notification or response, if it's gonna take a week or whatever at least keep me in the loop.

Rant over.

I agree, it's such a hassle with TTConnect. Ours has been down for the last few hours

Day 5 without internet... Starting to get withdrawal symptoms... Running out of content on Plex... The end is near lol

@PBCool, shout out to Cool Ideas though, Lucian has been on TT Connects case and giving me constant updates, extremely impressed by their service, better than any ISP I had when I was still on ADSL.

Thanks for the feedback, the issues we are having are limited to a certain area so are working with them on resolving.

Is it the Dunvegan and Dowerglen areas? If do, is there an ETA on resolution of said issues?

Correct, no ETA at this point we are trying to assist them in resolving the issues for these areas we are experiencing.

My line is back! 5 days and all they needed to do was a port reset... Not sure if I want to laugh or cry

Not sure what a port reset is on fibre, did they disable and re-enable the sfp module maybe?

The guy from TT Connect "dropped the port" on their side and I saw the light on the router go off, he then brought it back up and my line was perfect... Not sure what he did, just happy my line is back.

I tried resetting the media converter on my side a few times to no avail, the had to drop it from their side.
