I don't think we get albacore or whatever it is called in this country but i could be mistaken.
People across the globe have been diagnosed with mercury poison for eating one tin of tuna a day. To be safe one tin a day should be. Mercury is very dangerous, our body cannot process it, so it builds up.
When you eat the tuna you will notice things are not right, go look up the symptoms of mercury poisoning and follow those guidelines.
Abzo i can eat 1-2 tins of day with ease. Tuna plus avo salad is very low in fat and carbs so it's an ideal meal.
Abzo hates google obviously and thinks he may know everything but it's proven his google skills need some schooling.
The best bet is to google and see what they have to say, then decide for yourself. You can also eat say two tins a day and then in two weeks go get a test done to see if you have mercury poisoning.
You would be better off eating chicken and hake daily.
