Tutu gets caught up in Internet scam

There's going to be tough times ahead for the unsuspecting South Africans, whether rich or not so rich. The spot light is on us due to the upcoming events. I can only urge my fellows to be vigilant and sober for the enemy walketh about seeking whom he may devour.

Lol - Tutu needs a loan... to finance the gardening service of the Bishopscourt residence? :p
Seriously, anyone falling for that one is a plonker.

Lots of plonkers out there, normally parents that will fall for anything they receive via email as, for some reason, they trust it, even when it's from a completely random person.

lots of plonkers on the net...and the scammers know that.

@rabbit and tjunyat - too true
I saw a documentary on one of the ripoff TV channels in our country - apparently Melbourne businesses lose $40 000 a month in these nigerian scams... and these are educated people - granted many are decendents of ex-cons *ducks*, but the lure in the first place is greed I guess.
