TV Card Help

I have a TV with DSTV downstairs with a cable leading to a TV upstairs that can also pickup DSTV. What I want to do is replace the TV upstairs with a computer with a TV card (Reason being there needs to be a computer in that room, but there is limited space). Now my question is what would be a good TV card for the job? Can any cheap one do the trick like this one or do I need to get one of the fancy ones?

Oh yes, one that can pickup FM radio would be a big bonus as well.

I would go with the Leadtek out of the two you mentioned. I've had 2 Leadtek models and they did the job. The bundled software is sometimes a bit finicky to setup but you can always get something else if needed...

I got the Leadtek and its good; although TV cards is not my forte.... As Howard says, the bundled software is crap, try ChrisTV, its a lot better.
