It's always been that you click the 3 lines thing to the left of Home and it gives you all the options like

Live Tv
TV Guide
Catch up
ShowMax

I knew you were talking about the Android TV version, it doesn't have a TV guide, use the app on your phone to check or the site as suggested above.

Yeh will just use the app on my phone. Bit of a bummer they haven't integrated a guide on the Android TV app yet.
