Tv license query;)

My LCD 'TV' does not have a built in receiver (digital or analogue), I don't have satellite and my Nokia and Car deck are the only devices capable of receiving radio signals, does this mean I don't need a TV license?

Yes, you don't need a TV license for that .... but, do you have a PC tuner card?

Tuner died with my AIW ATi 9700 years ago, so no.

if it was a maximum of four, i would be in trouble, i have been i have been through more then 4 tv's in the last 2 years, theres no option for canceling a set. so on their system i should have 7

Some people out there survive on that & that amount is taxable. If you earn R500k a year.... do the math @ 1%?
