E-cigs are tremendously beneficial to any long term smoker who will never quit any other way. Vaping is not smoking, just a way of delivering mostly harmless nicotine in a safe manner. Sounds like OP is going to start again anyway, believe me, I know the signs, so he may as well go the e-cig route. You can even get 0% nicotine juices if you are worried about nicotine dependency.
 
I paid twisp on the 7th for a starter pack, EFT from Absa to FNB, yet my order is still on hold. Any idea how long it can take? Proof of payment was sent to [email protected]
