No no not my apartment. My neighbours and one apartment upstairs.

They took TVs, jewelry and laptops. Not sure what else.
 
That type of security is a false sense of safety. No hassle breaking that open.

Yep. The bigger question is how they got into a "security complex". :eek:

The guy who's usually cleaning up and taking out the trash etc wasn't around today.

Wait for someone to enter and go in with them. In 95% of cases they won't be challenged. People are too afraid to offend ...

Yep..and I bet no one heard a thing! Mind you...Our friend had his 42" carried out his front door in a security complex...no one saw anything!

Yip, unfortunately there are many idiots in a complex who do not realise that they need to take responsibility for security too, and it is not up to others to ensure safety. You can put up all the electric fences and gates you want but some fool will inevitably come home, see someone waiting at the gate and just press the button without question.
 
Also, I suppose if you see two men carrying a TV to a van in the middle of the day, you might think they're repairmen etc. How many people would stop to question them?
 
Didn't realise abzo lived next door to Nicci. Gonna have to be more careful about getting in from now on...
