Today, Hydradyne receives integrated email security and continuity services from the third-party solution, with continuity serving as a backup to ensure a consistent flow of email. Hydradyne also gets real-time dynamic analysis of all clicked URLs to head off spear-phishing attacks.

Traditionally, EIA solutions were implemented by highly regulated environments, such as financial services and healthcare. This has changed as organizations of all sizes and in all industries are retaining and managing email and other unstructured data for compliance, risk, governance, and cost optimization purposes, and to gain competitive advantage through data analytics.

Inadvertent Data Leaks
What you should know about it:
Often, confidential data is lost or exposed by carelessness or accident. Sometimes, all it takes is a click. But it doesn’t matter how it happens: once the information goes public, it can be problematic for the company. Security breaches cost companies roughly $600 billion in one recent year, and 95% of those breaches involved human error.

How to safeguard against it:
• Always follow the company’s rules for handling data and using devices.
• In email, be cautious about using cc:, bcc:, Reply All, and Forward.
• Immediately report the loss of any device that might contain or can access company data.
• Don’t print more pages or copies than you need.
• Shred confidential documents that you no longer need.

There are numerous security gaps in Office 365 and many are not insignificant. Most notably, Office 365 is protected by a single security layer. This exposes users to multiple threats—especially since the wild popularity of Office 365 makes it a prime target for hackers and cybercriminals

Reading through these 'answers' it looks like people are copy-pasting the link rather than the intended actual information pack.

It's an interesting read, and sadly not much is news. Distributing this in my company will guarantee that it won't be read.

I'd probably implement security workshops for employees to encourage interest. Wetware is the weak link here after all.
