As an aside, those are fantastic quality night pix. Taken with a phone? It's been raining heavily non-stop since Friday afternoon, with strong winds and some hail added for effect.
Low-lying areas in Uitenhage is basically underwater and other areas have turned into rivers.
The Western outlying areas of NMB is also severely affected (Seaview, Greenbushes, Rocklands, etc.)
Several roads in and around PE/UTH are under water and large parts of PE/UTH is without power.
The person who decided to build Uitenhage fire station at its present site should be shot, as the whole building is flooded out with even more water streaming in, rendering it out-of-commission - so much for Disaster Management Planning!

You won't see this in a 320d. I'm beginning to see the bigger picture. You and rvZA were right all along.
