Two phones, single contract, transfer data?

I'm on a business 100 contract with my Dad, includes 2 phones on a single contract.

We both recieve 10mb data bundle each month for each phone.
My Dad does not use his at all whereas I like to scratch around since I have an android phone now and so use up my 10mb allocated.
Can MTN transfer the 10mb bundle from my Dad's cell to mine so I get 20mb p/m?
