I think it's been proven al over the world that the masses vote for promises, that the candidate with the most populistic and most economic unsound policy (government handouts) usually gets elected. Said candidate usually has some sort of handout/socialistic retoric.

Candidates with common sense & workable economic policies that are free market orientated usually doesn't get elected because they don't promise (any government) handouts, such candidates' policies also makes corruption very difficult.
 
I think some heads will roll for this, but not because the ANC is trying to do the right thing. It is more to do with elections next year and showing the sheeple they are trying to fix problems.

some people are just going to be scape goats for the ANC's bigger picture (staying in power for the next 4 years to be able to fsck things up even worse

Hey guys we've stolen all the money but don't worry we'll steal some more from the Treasury so that we can all have a nice salary increase and a fat bonus.

We have an incompetent ANC run by a corrupt president .. how is that not already an embarrasment to the country?
Also, is anyone surprised that Limpopo is on the list, that's fat boy's territory isn't it?
Kida puts building a R16mil house on a R20k salary into perspective, doesn't it?
 
Does the Treasury investigate who they give money too or do they give money on recommendation from another department?
 
ANC: "who cares? We will just take some more Tax money, hold another party and blame apartheid."

I wonder when the Eastern Cape and North West will be given a free pass and a bailout, uh I mean 'placed under administration and investigated'.

Both provinces also suffer from endemic corruption and incompotent governance.
 
I think Limpopo should be left to collapse in its entirety, and have the western cape succeed. In the future, the DA will rule most municipalities while the AN will still rule SA for a long time.
 
Remove the ANC and this will stop!!! This is what you get for having criminals run a country!!
 
ANC: "INVESTIGATE CORRUPTION IN THE MIDVAAL MUNICIPALITY! - (oh, by the way, several of our provinces need some money for a bail out)."
 
It seems "bail out" is the flavour of the year now.

If countries around the globe can do it and companies/banks around the globe can do it, then why can't we do it.
