Two robbery suspects critical after shooting

We need laws that are simple, if someone is in your house you can shoot them. Simple and straight forward. I think they have that in a the US if i am not mistaken. Regardless whether the criminals have weapons or not if they set foot on your property shoot the Fer's. This whole BS story of criminals having rights is a bunch of crap.

Their rights end at my property line.
 
Good to know the guy and his family were unharmed. I hope he gets off scot free.

There's going to be trouble - shooting a perp in the back is not self-defense.

As I understand it, you're only allowed to shoot if the perp is coming towards you, not running away.

I didn't stay to far from there when I lived in EL. Should have finished them off I say. BAASTEDS!!!!

Ask YOUR government who YOU voted for to supply YOU with a job & stop robbing people who are earning an honest living.

On 1st may 1993 armed village idiots walked into the Highgate Hotel (few kms from there) & opened fire (Ak47's) on the people in the hotel. 4 people were killed & others injured. I was rather happy when I moved from there.

Oh, don't worry about that. The cops will definitely find a weapon on him, even if he was stupid enough to enter my property unarmed.

"Why yes officer, I had no option but to shoot! Why he was coming at me with that huge kitchen knife. I surprised him and he just grabbed the knife and rushed me! *Sob* It was soooo traumatizing and stuff."

Got one up on you. "Officer he just lunged at my little daughter with that knife. I fired a warning shot but he just kept on going" <Insert Sobs> :D
 
Gunshots? No officer, I heard no gunshots. I was outside tending to my new rosebed. Will that be all?
