Two screens

Lol, I am trying out a ATI HD4870 x2..That won't help..sigh?

As far as I know no.

Maybe someone else can confirm, but as far as I know you have to have a eyefinity ready card, which is only the 5xxx series cards.

Nope, you have to have a 5xxx series card to run on 3 monitors. Its called eyefinity. Even if you added another card its not going to work, its not the power that does it, its the technology.

What about if I get a 5XXX card.. running together with my 4830? Will that be ok?

New technology is really annoying.. but all is good when you have it..

anyway, thanks for the help.. Oh, do you know about the Nvidia cards? if they have this eyefinity thing? And if they do (Which I'm thinking they do..) From which series? because I'm planning to get a 9800GT.. so yeah.. ^ ^

No no no and no.......lol I hate to be the barer of bad news but A you can't run two different cards in crossfire, and B Nvidia as far as I know don't have "eyefinity" as of yet, certainly not on the 9800GT.

Do yourself a favor and get either a 5770 or a 5850. Problem.Solved.

What you mean ATI can't run with 2 different cards? I know Nvidia is the one that needs the exact same card, but it's different with the ATI cards.. Well that's what I heard..

Well I was just trying my luck.. well glad there is a reason for having a ATI card lol..

those cards are REALLY expensive.. but anyway, not in a hurry to get a eyefinity card.. it's just an "something extra" anyway ^ ^
