Two seperate Adsl accs through one modem

Hi guys

I download off my desktop pc and the adsl modem from telkom mega100wr is connected to my pc.My sister has a laptop which connects to the modem through wireless. I have bought an afrihost acc for her to use as she complains about never having acess to international.Is it possible for her to just connect to that while I am seperately on my telkom saix acc downloading?If yes,How do I do it?
