EFF plans to go after family that force-fed their employee faeces

The EFF is planning to pursue a civil case against the Springs family who force-fed their employee 2 litres of faeces and threw him into a sewerage pit.

The party in Ekurhuleni said it was not entirely happy that Joseph Mona, who was fed stools by the Leicester family, was being paid only R200000 in damages for the inhumane incident.

If it's their employer it shouldn't make any difference. If this level of torture is on par with rape then the penalty should be on par with rape, which means jail time in South Africa, but I've never heard of a rapist paying a fine to his/her victim.

We can therefor conclude the court / law also does not see the two acts as being on par. EFF of course milking it for all its worth to stoke those racism fires, they don't give AF about the amount of money the victim gets or whether or not he gets justice, so long as they can parade another white racist to their members they win ... and South Africa loses
