We can therefor conclude the court / law also does not see the two acts as being on par. I don't give a shyte about who is what race. I find the act similarly disgusting and he can sue. Sure the EFF is on this bandwagon for race reasons but simply disagreeing with them on most things doesn't make this degeneracy any less substantial.
 
So the HRC fined them R200,000 ( which they will get from where ? )

but was there not a police case against them ?
