Two Tvs and one decoder

I have one decoder and it has rca and rf out i connected tv1 to rca which works fine and 2nd tv to rf out but it does not work it say's no aerial connection

You need to tune the TV to the channel on the RF out. If your TV has autotune, just activate that and it will find the channel.
