I have tried for days to get the Tyme Bank app to work on my phone but the one time Password is never sent. I also tried to add a Standard bank beneficiary account with 11 digits it's a access account Standard Bank and Tyme Bank wont accept this account. Have written 3 emails that are never answered have logged problem with call centre which comes baqck after 4 days saying problem solved but nothing actually happens and I still cant add the account. Please can someone direct me as to how to operate the app and get SMS and how to add a 11 digit Standard Bank account as beneficiary.
 
Have posted there as well hope someone replies and that thread is getting very long so hoping if its not cluttered in hundereds of posts it will be adressed
