Does anyone have a device that can read Type II Compact Flash cards ? I need to get data off a card.

Any CF card reader can read a Type II card.

The difference is only physical. The Type II devices are 5mm thick and the Type I are 3.3mm thick. Type II CF is rare and mostly used for micro drives.

If you have a CF card reader that has a 3.3mm slot simply remove the housing/casing to expose the connector pins and plug the CF card in making sure the pins line up.

I have a internal 3.5" Apacer multicard reader that will take CF Type II cards. Was really cheap as well, about R60 I think.

Do you have a digital camera maybe that takes Type II cards?

I knew that. Hence why I asked if someone specifically had a device to read a Type II CF. I wouldn't want them to have to dismantle their device so that I can read my card.
