Good Morning Everybody.

I wonder does anyone have a email contact for me at Uber South Africa as i have a complaint about one of their drivers in Benoni/Boksburg

Why don't you use the application? Goes to the right person.
 
Sorry don't know why i never thought of doing that, i just reported him now so lets see what kind of feedback i receive

Ja they pretty sharp in dealing complaints. Usually...

This reminds me I still need to go to the Uber office.
 
You'll get an automated response but not much more. A lady showed up with a completely different car to her profile and uber didn't even follow up on the claim.

I have always received a response and a refund whenever I have complained.

This reminds me I still need to go to the Uber office.

It really depends, as soon as the complaint is out of the ordinary, they just don’t deal with it and keep writing corporate BS, including when you escalate up to the CEO.

Which is why I avoid using Uber SA since they never dealt with repeated complaints over 6 months for not getting invoices on Uber Eats.

Driver went through 2 red robots, didnt even slow down and then go, just went. Secondly slowed down for a green robot(colour blind perhaps) and thirdly changed lanes multiple times using no indicator
 
Oh and a update, Uber replied on the day informing me they were investigating my claims and they know its not about money but they refunded my journey which as customer shows good faith . I just wont ever use the same driver again as he was no good at all

I've got my cc linked and I've got a new one - same cc number just different expiry and ccv details - and for the life of me I cannot update the details. Always gives an error and does not allow me to delete it and load a new one.
I'm gonna try for one more day, see what happens.

ask on the support section of the app,

had a similar issue updating my phone number

@op, log it on the app, only way to contact them......

Usually giving 1 star is enough to get them to contact you to ask what went wrong

even a window will open up for you to put more details,

never had a bad/dangerous/dirty uber ride, had plenty of miscommunication and not picking me up at the correct place....
and those were never refunded to me......

Bringing this old thread back to life.

It seems in order to contact them, you need to have a taken the ride in the first place? Ie it needs to be in Trips History.

How do you contact them via mail if you haven't taken a ride with them?
 
Thanks - I think my unknown charges that I was going to moan about, are actually Uber eats ;)

Lucky I never blasted them
