Uber Complaint Question

I wouldn't have gotten in the car with them. They can cancel the ride or whatever, but I will not get in the car.
 
I want to submit a formal complaint about uber eats to the consumer complaints board. They "give" you refunds that don't reflect on your account, and don't care if part of a meal deal is missing. Also trying to find an email address as I can't submit the form without it.
 
I had a an issue with 4 trips, in Moscow, showing up on my credit card for Uber, logged onto my profile from the PC and there were no trips reflecting, checked on the app on my phone and trips show up there.

I logged it via the app the credit card transactions were reversed, to-date though no explanation as to how that occurred. Now I keep removing and adding my credit card as needed.

I also thought as much however, but not the case, somehow a user in Moscow's profile and mine got intertwined on the app. I can see the 4 trips they did on the app done in Moscow. If the card had been stolen/duplicated then I would only see transactions on my credit card statement plus I'm sure other transactions that wouldnt identify a user so easily. This was an Uber application error.
 
So 2 days ago an uber driver goes to a centurion school to pick up a child, when the parents are contacted they say they dont know anything about an uber. I honestly think uber must close down now. Another rape case AGAIN involving an uber driver! When is it enough people?????? Looking at it now, we were safer with Maxi Taxi, and I hope they burn down every uber car there is in JHB. We dont want these hooligans here anymore!!! Uber has become nothing more than dodgy!

Clearly you've never used Uber or have no idea how Uber works.

How the **** is someone claiming to be an Uber driver - Ubers fault!

You book an Uber you have the App - you get the details of the driver and everything

All these cases are people who get scammed or robbed etc because like you they are Idiots who don't use the application or are too stupid to look at the details given.
 
We forgot a bag in a Uber Black in Cape Town. Requested contact to the driver via the App with no luck at all. After more requests via the App Uber responded that they can't help and we should go the legal way. This is shocking. Luckily it was nothing important we forgot in the car but what if?

What if you forgot the bag on the beach and the municipality did nothing? That would be truly shocking!
