Uber Eats vs real menu prices – Tested

Get off the damn couch and collect your own meals.
Imagine if you buy a meal for 4 people.
You could save a fortune.
Imagine those 4 are all at a friend's place, enjoying themselves, but everyone wants different stuff since xyz doesn't like fish, abc doesn't want pizza, etc.
Easier just to use uber eats than try to manage that, plus the time to bring it is also a "cost". If I can make substantially more money at work than the driver costs, especially at 4 people's rate versus the driver, I think I'll pay the driver. It's how capitalism works.

Where it fails is e.g. driver slow/cold food, order wrong, etc.

Uber Eats vs real menu prices – Tested

Ordering food using a delivery app makes life a lot easier, and in some cases it is faster than going to the restaurant and ordering yourself.

It is more expensive than ordering at the venue itself, however, with services like Uber Eats charging a delivery fee and prompting you to tip the driver.
That is correct, restaurants do set there own menu prices to account for the balance of percentage to Uber. But also the packaging for To go orders.
