Greetings
I have been using a TP-Link TL-WR1043ND for my WiFi, and have been very unhappy with it's overall performance. I have installed continuous firmware updates, and recently several DD-WRT versions, but nothing seems to be able to keep it stable.
Whether it's been on for a whole week, or even just a few hours, it will randomly freeze and drop all wireless clients.
I am staying with 5 people, each with data hungry smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops.
We currently use a 4Mbps business line (uncapped, unshaped, etc) to stream youtube etc.
We would like to be able to stream 1080p video content over the WiFi.
I am considering getting:
I was also considering getting wireless AC, such as:
Asus RT-AC68U (but I'm worried this won't be stable enough as it's not an Enterprise product),
or
UAP-AC (but this is hectically expensive at R3,195 ex vat)
What would you recommend and why?

- EdgeRouter Lite R1,095.00 ex vat
