Ubisoft Scrabble 2005

I can run this game without any problems on my desktop running XPHome.
Have installed it on my wife's HP Pavilliondv9417 running on Vista Home and it bombs out.
Gaphics card is Nividia geforce Go6150.
Anyone have any thoughts on how to resolve this.
I have tried the ubisoft site but cannot find an email address.

Right click on the short cut and goto compatibility mode and choose XP or 2000.

Click okay and try playing it again.
If this doesn't work, goto the UBISOFT web site and check their support section for a patch or work around.

I know there is Scrabble 2007 as I have it and that works on Vista.
