I cant download it yet for some reason. All I can find is the 12.04 LTS release or 12.10 beta 2.

Interested as though I've moved onto Fedora, I still want to see how Ubuntu does.

I am on Ubuntu 12.10, but I use the I3WM as opposed to the default Ubuntu desktop. Used the minimal installer and built the desktop myself, so far I like all the updated packages, but its far from what most users will experience.

Tried live mode, worked well.

Tried to install to primary partition: kernel panic

Installed to logical partition, went well.

Installed AMD gfx drivers from repo, no unity on reboot

Tried version from AMD website, fails to install....
