Contact Ubuntu staff, they had a promotion about 2 years ago where they gave it out everywhere (except SA), maybe they will post you some?

I think you get stickers when you request a CD

Order the cd from the website. Last couple they sent me had stickers inside as well as the cd. Free too. Takes 2 - 4 weeks for delivery (ex isle of Man).
