150mbps plus is considered fast which easily done on mtn, but was definitely not getting that in docklands and center London. Lucky to get 30mbps
That would also depend on the network, EE is much faster (and with more capacity) than the others, and depending on where you are in the country o2 and Vodafone can be slower (o2 in the west of England, Vodafone in the east of England due to a badly implemented infrastructure share that it is being unwound now).
Three can suffer with congestion more than the others but that’s also not as bad as it used to be.
