As disgusting as whats going in Zimbabwe, it exactly becuase of reports like this one that I tend to think of US/UK comments on the situation in Zim as ridiculous.
Their silence on Pakistan and it's "legitimate" goverment, is inexplicable! They should rather keep quiet, becuase I for one really don't take it seriously.
IMO it becomes clear that the people of Zimbabwe are the only ones that can change the situation in their country. Yes, we can argue that Mbeki should be more vocal, and more sanctions should be put on the country, however how will that change the mindset of the Zanu-PF goverment? They don't seem to be bothered with the level of sanctions currently in place, and the economy is really already in the gutter.
What else is there to do? Notta! The guys just need to reach a point of the majority of the country says "enough is enough"
