Unable to connect with vodacom SIM

Hi

Got a Voda SIM here which is not able to connect to the Voda network.

User says he's got airtime, it's RICA'd and everything.

I also have tested said SIM with a Huawei E220, get the same issue.

It dials up to the Voda network, authenticates/synchronizes, then get kicked off.

Any ideas?

Wanna PM me the number and I will see if I can see anything obvious wrong.

All seems fine on the line. Data left in the data bundle and no locks on the line and no recent sim swops done.

Have you tried the sim in a different modem munkey?

Whats the sim or iccid number , it might be a CUR issue?
