Unable to load phones..

First tried to load my Nokia at 6.30am this morning, with an sms bundle. Was given an engaged signal on dialling 100.
This applies to my second Nokia and to my SO's phone as well. All using vodago airtime and bundles.

Now at 1.48pm, the problem persists, and we're unable to reach Dial 100. Anyone else having similar problems?

Turns out we were stuck in a time warp. That evening the GW tried an alternative offered by the disembodied Missus Vodacom. (He'd never bothered to listen to her before.) We tried to sms 100 instead and it worked, though my spare Nokia still declined to load the sms bundle and persisted in saying I didnt have the authority to use that PIN. Eek! Tried again the next morning using the Dial 100 again, and it loaded, though this time Missus Vodacom said that vodacom have changed their options??
Hope we're not going to have to go through all that palaver each time we want to reload our phones, but thanks for the suggestion, will bear it in mind.

Ive been having issues all weekend but it seems to have sorted itself out now.
