Explorer.exe error

The program can't start because shell22.dll is missing from computer. Reinstall application and restart

1) Can you boot into safe mode (press F8 just after the BIOS to see the boot menu)
2) Can you insert your Windows 7 DVD and boot to the Recovery Console and let it diagnose Windows for you?

shell22 or shell32?

If all else fails, go to a PC shop and see if they have a master windows 7 reinstall/ recovery disc. That should sort you out.
