Unable to receive SMSs?

My fiance is unable to receive SMS's. She can send them, she can make and receive calls, her 3G works, and nothing has changed between 8pm on Tuesday night vs. now.

I've tried her SIM in my phone, and the same result. My phone works 100% with my RBM SIM, so I do not think it is related to the tower.

Please help.

HI JustinB email the number ([email protected]) i'll check for any barring from our side. also check the sms center number it should be +27841000000..Thanks David!
