For about 48 hours now.

Get error: Cannot connect to the server within the time limit.
NW-31456-9

Anyone else gettin this error ?

just tried to sign in now. It took it's sweet time about it but finally I managed to get in.
 
Yeah they are being DDOS attacked by some retard group calling themselves Lizard Squad......
 
If these were real hackers I would say well done.

But just spamming with DDOS actually shows how pathetic they are and I can't believe they wear the hacker title so proudly.
 
But surely huge companies like Sony and Microsoft have the resources/technology to prevent such attacks...?

Can get in via the PS3 and the mobile but not the PS4.

Just as a get a new game and wanna redeem code.

Thankfully the only game worth playing on PS4 right now, well it's in preorder mode, I'm getting in disk format. It would suck to have to have to log in each time to play this.
 
Also struggling connecting with my PS4. Most games are dependent on an internet connection these days.
 
Yeah still nothing..... since a whole bunch of my games are digital games no gaming for the second day now....

Sony really needs to bring their act together!
 
According to link the attack is over 400 Gbps in size, sweet few companies have the bandwidth required to survive that. Other than Google, I don't know of any.

400Gbps for a sustained time would cost whoever is attacking a lot of money. These are big pockets.
 
CNN reported that Lizard Square Hacker Team, the group responsible for the DDoS, is working for NK. I don't know if there is any truth to that, Anonymous seems to be calling BS on the claim.

Oh, Lizard claims they plan to keep this attack running 24/7 in perpetuity (not indefinitely, their claim is FOREVER). That would need insane funding, maybe there is some truth to NK funding it.
