Uncapped 2Mbps Internet access for R49,532

Who cares if they pay that much and why should we not complain about our internet? Is South Africa aiming at becoming a country who hardly anyone has ever heard of or at least striving for 1st world status? (which I know is far, far...out of reach)

Anyway I will complain, because if we don't we surely will end up like those poor people.

Are we seriously using a country like Turkmenistan (a place in the middle of nowhere that many have not heard of or care about) to make ourselves feel better about the poor internet that we have on offer?

R1500 for 64kbps uncapped!

That's 20GB maximum per month.

Actually, it says 64 kilobytes. That's kB, not kb. This works out to a 512kbps connection.

If it is meant to be 64kbps, then the writer of the article really needs to get his/her act together. How on earth can you write tech articles and not even know the difference between bits and bytes?

put out here so you feel that you not getting *that* screwed. oh, but we are...

Come on lets not give various companies advertising ideas by comparing VW Beetles to Ferraris,

Is this suppose to make us feel better about how we are getting ripped off? We are not suppose to compare our self's to the ****test country, but the most advanced.

Pathetic.

Yeah, there should be an option to enable swear words. It's really inconvenient.
