Is there such a thing? I mean really operating at 4096, not throttled down to 1024 in the small print? The daytime speed is important because it's for multiple business users.

I've checked quite a few offerings and they all seem to be perfect until you read the small print :(

Better still, I'm looking for uncapped 4096kpbs 24/7 with static IP. Hey, I don't ask for much :D

Yes, there is but not as a residential product. For what you want you will have to head off to the "At The Office" section of the telkom products! And be prepared to pay....

Doesn't OpenWeb provide this through Vodacom Business?

See, that's what I mean. I went to this list (thanks for providing) but when I found one that said 4mbps and followed the link, it turns out that it only goes up to 1mbps - I assume they rate it at 4mbps simply because you can install it on a 4mbps line. Found the same thing with several of the 4mbps options.

However, one of them was accurate...

Nexus is the only one I've found in that list that really was 4mbps, and it also offers static IP, so thanks for the link PCsToGo, at least one of them worked :)

So it does - thanks for that. And it's cheaper than Nexus.

Not sure why Moggie thinks I want a residential offering. It's for a business, so the Openweb one should be good for us. Tried finding a Telkom offering on their website but didn't find uncapped at 4096? Not to worry, Openweb looks like a contender.

Tell you what ...

R50 finders fee for a decent uncapped, unshapped 4096 provider that is affordable ... :p

PM me ... Its never gonna happen.
